What Is Included?

Week 1: Create Business Plan & Obtain Seed Capital

Your business plan is the foundation of your business.  It’s a roadmap for how to structure, run, and grow your new business.  Your business plan will help you figure out how much money money you’ll need to start or grow your business (called “Use of Funds”).  Seed capital is typically used to support the planning of a business up to the point when the company starts to selling a product or service.

 

We’ll help you create a business plan and financial projections and, if desired, apply for seed capital for immediate funding.

Week 2:  Provide Business Address & File Entity

A unique business address is required for most types of business funding.  Your business location is one of the most important decisions you’ll make as it impacts your access to geographic-specific stimulus funding.  Once your address is secured, your business becomes official once filed with the Secretary of State and, then, by obtaining your EIN.

 

We’ll provide you a unique business address and then file for the formation of your business along with your EIN.

Week 3:  Collateral Transfer & Opportunity Fund (Daily Deposits)

Lenders typically require borrowers to pledge collateral to mitigate their risk in case of default.  Additionally, lenders prefer to lend to borrowers with documented cash flow.

 

We’ll provide you $10,000 of collateral to strengthen your financial statements and to pledge as collateral. Additionally, participants are invited to access the Opportunity Fund for daily deposits in your account.

Week 4:  Loan Packaging & Funding Preparation

Organize and optimize your loan documents to improve your approval chances including your Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, etc.

 

We'll help you assemble the standard set of documents needed for business loan approval. Legally and ethically, we'll help you look "fundable" on paper.

 

 

 

OPTIONAL:  LOAN APPLICATION & FUNDING

 

Selecting the right lender based upon your mitigating circumstances is crucial for loan approval.

 

Using a proprietary Lender Match AI Technology provided by a strategic partner, we will identify the lender and funding program most likely to result in an approval with the best terms.  We can help you apply for up to $5,000,000 in business funding.
